Order Processing
- We pick and pack orders within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat). Peak drops/sales: allow 3–4 business days.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.
- Address changes are only possible before fulfillment. Contact support ASAP to request an edit.
- Preorder items ship by the posted estimate. Orders containing preorder + in‑stock items may ship separately.
Note: Business days exclude US federal holidays. Carrier transit times start after your order is handed off.

We ship to most countries except those restricted by US law or carrier service limits. If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact support for assistance.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
- International orders may incur VAT/GST, import duties, and clearance fees when the shipment reaches your country.
- Unless a prepay option is offered and selected at checkout, these charges are collected by the carrier on delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refusal to pay import fees may result in return‑to‑sender or abandonment per carrier policy. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO
- We deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO via USPS only. Expedited/Overnight services are not available for these addresses.
- APO/FPO deliveries can take 7–14 business days depending on location and military mail processing.
Tracking & Notifications
- Tracking details are emailed when your label is created. Allow up to 24 hours for scans to appear.
- Sign up for carrier notifications from UPS/USPS/DHL for real‑time updates and delivery options.
- Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Delivery Issues & Claims
Lost or Stalled In Transit
- If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days (domestic) or 14+ days (international), contact us to start a trace.
- Carrier investigations can take 3–10 business days. We’ll keep you updated and make it right.
Delivered, Not Received
- Verify address and check with neighbors/building staff. Allow 24 hours after a delivery scan.
- If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist with a claim.
Damage on arrival? Email photos of the box, shipping label, and product within 48 hours so we can help quickly.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email once your label is created.
We can edit the address before fulfillment begins. Contact support immediately with your order number. After dispatch, address changes must be coordinated with the carrier.
Orders valued at $300+ may require a signature. If you need to waive or add a signature, contact us before shipping.
Many countries charge VAT/GST and duties. These are due on delivery unless a prepay option is offered and selected at checkout.
Once received back in new condition, we can reship (additional postage) or refund the item price less original shipping. Reach out to arrange the best option for you.
