Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or pet hair
  • All original hang tags, labels, and accessories included
  • Returned in the original BAPE poly bag if provided
  • Initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required for all returns and exchanges.

How to Start a Return

  1. Request an RMA: Use the form below or email [email protected] with your order number and reason.
  2. Pack your item: Place the hoodie and any included materials back in the bag/box, protecting tags and prints.
  3. Ship it: Use the prepaid label if issued for exchanges/our error, or choose a trackable carrier of your choice.
  4. Keep tracking: Retain your tracking number until your refund or exchange is completed.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item. We do not accept COD packages.

Exchanges

We offer free domestic exchanges for size or color on the same item when stock is available.

  • Exchange requests must be placed within the 30‑day window.
  • If the desired size/color is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.
  • International customers: please return for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable, except for damaged/incorrect items.
  • If you used a discount code, refunded amounts reflect the discounted price paid.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and a replacement or full refund.
  • Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Final sale or marked‑down clearance items
  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Items not in their original condition or missing tags
  • Customized or special‑order items

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties/taxes.
  • Use a trackable service and declare as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional import fees.
  • Exchanges are not available internationally; please return for a refund and reorder.

Packaging & Tag Requirements

  • Attach hang tags as received; do not remove or reattach with pins or tape.
  • Fold carefully to avoid creasing prints or embroideries.
  • Use the original bag and a protective outer box/mailers to prevent transit damage.

Holiday & Gift Returns

Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 qualify for an extended return window until January 15 of the following year. Gift returns can be exchanged or refunded to a gift card when requested by the original purchaser.

Return Address & RMA

We’ll share the correct return address with your RMA approval. Please do not ship returns without an RMA. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Do I pay for return shipping?

For fit changes, customers cover return shipping. If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we provide a prepaid label.

How long does an exchange take?

Once your return shows “in transit,” we can reserve the exchange item. After inspection, we ship within 1–2 business days if available.

Can I return worn items?

No. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.

What if the package is lost on the way back?

Use a trackable carrier. We’re not responsible for returns lost without proof of delivery.
